The staff were excellent. The decor is a little tired but not dirty. I felt I got very good/ excellent value for money. It is well located, just a 10 min walk from the station with a small back pack being a senior citizen. Tram line also at the station. Breakfast,at £10, again really good value for money. This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel but I am back in Sheffield again in March and have booked again for this visit.

For a budget hotel, It's really nice. The room (and the other parts of the hotel I saw) are clean and fresh looking. Clean bathroom, with plenty of hot water. Clean towels in the bathroom and an extra one in the top of the wardrobe. Both the room and bathroom are a good size. The breakfast was tasty, hot and plentiful. I had a couple of bottles of Peroni in the evening, which were very reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly...I stayed with my 2 elderly staffy cross dogs, and apparently they're a bit, well...fragrant, shall we say 😬 (we'd been caught in the rain just before arriving, which obvs didn't help matters) I can't actually smell them...I'm most likely noseblind to them...but the owner was really nice and not judgy at all when he explained the issue to me, (which was really appreciated, because it's a bit embarrassing isn't it!) so I'm happy to pay the bit extra for an additional carpet deep clean (which they do every 3 days anyway) (I probably shouldn't ask if they can deep clean the dogs while they're at it, should I? No, definitely don't do that...😁) I didn't use the TV or the WiFi, so can't comment on those.

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sandeep the general manager - he had a lot of time for me and you can see he is very passionate about the hotel, the industry and his guests. The hotel actually changed names during my stay, so is now a Best Western. The room was a good size and had everything I needed for my stay. You get a discount on the parking at the NCP car park which makes it around £5 per day. Hotel is going through some changes so think things will get better still."

It’s my 3rd stay there and it’s always very lovely. The beds are so comfy, the room sizes are great value for money. Their newest staff member Rahwa was sooooo friendly, bubbly and incredibly helpful! She was the first to inform me they actually have a NCP car park literally next door to the hotel. Which is actually discounted by them when you stay with them , so I will definitely utilise it next time. I stay in Sheffield regularly and will only ever stay at their hotel 😎

Stayed for one night. The room was cheap so wasn’t expecting much. However it was absolutely amazing. Really clean, beds were comfy. Spacious room to move about and bathroom was decent size too. Staff were mega friendly and helpful. Only downfall is the location. Be perfect if there was free parking but can’t complain as they provide a discount for NPC car park attached to it. £4.95 for 24 hours. Will be returning if I go to Sheffield again.

"We stayed in a deluxe suite, the room was spacious and very clean. Fresh towels, fresh bedding and tea and coffee!! Breakfast was optional! All the staff on reception were fantastic, however one in particular stood out, Rahwa! What a girl, super helpful and really friendly, she actually is thr reason we booked again!!"
